Lauren is the Founder and Director of GSCollective, leading the organisation’s work in education consulting, professional learning, and strategic school improvement. An educator, researcher, businesswoman, and mother, she brings a deep commitment to improving teaching practice and student outcomes across diverse school contexts.
Lauren completed her undergraduate studies in Applied Science (Education) at The University of Queensland, graduating in 2007, before beginning her career with Education Queensland. She went on to undertake doctoral studies, with her research focusing on the intersection of education policy and its application within Queensland schools. This work continues to inform her approach to consulting and system-level improvement.
As Director, Lauren leads and mentors GSCollective’s team of consultants, ensuring a cohesive and high-impact approach across all areas of the organisation’s work. She remains deeply engaged in client partnerships, working directly with leadership teams to design, implement, and refine strategic initiatives that are both evidence-informed and practically sustainable. Her involvement is deliberate and hands-on, reflecting a commitment to quality, precision, and meaningful outcomes.
As an experienced business leader within the education sector, Lauren understands the complexity of leading schools today. She is known for her ability to walk alongside school leaders at both a professional and personal levebringing clarity to complex decisions, offering grounded perspective, and building trusted relationships that support sustainable change.

Zoe Delaney is an English educator and emerging literacy specialist, committed to improving student outcomes through precise, evidence-informed practice. With a background in secondary English teaching, she brings strong classroom expertise alongside a focused understanding of reading development, particularly for students requiring additional support.
At GSCollective, Zoe works with schools to design and implement whole-school literacy approaches, supporting leadership teams to build consistency in instruction across year levels and subject areas. Her work is grounded in explicit instruction and structured literacy, including the use of systematic phonics to strengthen foundational reading skills. She has a particular interest in targeted intervention and Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, helping schools respond effectively to students who are not yet reading with confidence.
Zoe is passionate about bridging the gap between research and practice, translating evidence into clear, actionable strategies that teachers can implement with confidence. She is currently completing her Master’s studies, further deepening her expertise in contemporary literacy research and its application in diverse school contexts.

With a background in Social Education, he brings a strong understanding of the relational, developmental, and environmental factors that underpin student behaviour in contemporary school settings.
His work sits at the intersection of strategy and practice. Jake collaborates with leadership teams to establish clear, consistent behaviour frameworks, while also working alongside teachers to embed these approaches in day-to-day classroom practice. He is known for his ability to translate complex behavioural challenges into structured, practical systems that are sustainable within real school contexts.
Jake has a particular focus on supporting schools to navigate the demands of teaching in the digital age, including student engagement, behaviour, and wellbeing in increasingly complex and fast-moving environments. His approach is grounded, responsive, and solutions-focused, with a clear aim: to help schools build cultures where expectations are understood, relationships are strong, and both students and staff are supported to thrive.

Working across both technical and educational domains, Sam provides responsive IT support and system oversight, troubleshooting issues, streamlining processes, and enhancing the user experience for schools and staff.
